TERMS OF BOOKING

* The time allocated for your one-to-one reading is not flexible. If you arrive late, the session will be reduced according to what time is left.

* Changes to your original booking (date and time) are only possible once. These must be requested with at least 10 working days notice, in writing to mediumshipbycraig@gmail.com

* Refunds are only possible if a min, 21 days notice is given in writing to mediumshipbycraig@gmail.com If you choose to make a booking less than 21 days ahead, you do so knowing that refunds are not available to you.

* ALL 1-2-1 appointment cancellations, even those with more than 21 days notice given , are subject to a £10.00 administrative fee and bookings are made with acceptance of this cancellation fee. 

* We reserve the right to change one-to-one booking dates/times, where necessary and will coordinate with
